The reversion of teaching Science and Maths to Malay language

To prosper in today’s increasingly global business environment, cross-cultural understanding is a comprehensive thing covers all the key components of culture and communication, including values and beliefs, social structure, perceptions of time, communication styles, proper etiquette and more. In this scenario, I not understand why Malaysia government make-up their mind to reversion of teaching Science and Maths to Malay language is indeed disturbing and not addressing the real issues of the day in our education system. This is the kind of government that most Malaysians are afraid of. Our future generations will have no future. They cannot communicate with foreigners, they have difficulties understanding what they are reading and signing.
While review the “chedet” blog today, noticed that a total of 2,150 people had voted, with a whopping 72 percent disagreeing with the government’s decision.
What is main government objective or reason they not listening to the voice of the people?
What I can feel that is Najib wants to get the Malay votes back for the next election and has sacrificed the future generation. Or he worries about person who had been educated in English become success, changed the mindset and vote for opposition parties. Today the research showed that most of Malaysian high-educated students not agreed with government decision.
Again, we need help our future generation. In my opinion, to revert the teaching of Maths and Science to Malay language is a step backward. The world is changing and fast moving. They are talking about building nuclear power, using atomic energy, reprogramming cells etc. All these research and development information are documented in English. With this nonsense decision, the Malaysian masses will continue to be blinkered, stay away from the world at large and stay marooned under the coconut shell for the lack of articulation that real engagement requires in a trading nation. So they'll continue to buy their 4D, have their teh tarik and gossip animatedly away in their respective languages, while the bigger adventure passes by.

Composure, integrity and maintain high principles during difficult economic times

Today I want to share to all of my classmate, leaders, managers about that is very important to all of us : BUSINESS ETHICS during difficult economic times.As all of us know the economic continues to challenge every sector or company in the world and ours is no different.This cycle might move difficult and last longer than others that we have experienced. To those not have experience in this, watch out and learn from senior experienced guys.
However, it is a business cycle that will pass but like every great company, they need to revise the strategy as necessary to respond to those conditions reduce the cost and ensure we are positioned when the upturn eventually come.As we work through these difficult economic times and organizational changes, it is easy to see that many of us are under great stress. However we need to keep our composure, integrity and maintain high principles of how we treat each other, our subordinates, customers and suppliers. While working at company or any of sectors, expect everyone to always act with total composure and with complete respect for other, no exceptions. Never treat anyone differently that how we would want to be treated. We owe this to each other and to ourselves.
Thanks for your attention, think about this carefully and let's all have some self-reflection to see if we can't continually improve personally as we continue to work hard to built a great work life.

Final Exam Finish!!

I'm so happy... finally we completed all the entire subjects in SEM3. Overall , I noticed not so bad... I'm not confident 100%... but I hope my answer full fill the need of the questions....
And talked about ITM class, yes I learned a lot of information technology thing such as AI system, database management, sophisticated system application, create the BLOG and etc. Frankly, even go thru heavy assignment schedule, I gained a lot in this topic especially during classes’ session with Prof and team…
Now I believe, everyone finally can release all the tension, stress and super happy with holiday plan (jalan-jalan cari makan).

I'm so happy... so glad... and thank you to all bloggers that wish me luck...

First of all, COMMITMENT TO PERSONAL GROWTH is much more important in building relationship. Commitment is not just an interested in it but willing to change it to the correct perspective even goes through resistant. As the example, after I experiencing the greatest lost in life last few years, I discovered that before this my commitment toward my kids is not that effective because something had overcome the important of yours.

God loves us so much! Allah has designed a special plan for our life...a plan for His special purpose for us! His plan is to give us a future and God always with us only human being put a gap between. So, the best way to close the gap and run always with issue is play and always request for good. So, my first point here is committing you to God’s word and lives according to his lifestyle because this is the best references in this world. From the words, learn to HONOR ONE ANOTHER so that we are able to communicate well with one another when we honoring one another. Even when come to some crisis, with this attitude, trouble problems will not occur. What the most important is, small problem make until no problem, and big problem if possible make it become no problem to the relationship. Solve the problem with kindness.

Beside that, ONE MUST LEARN TO WILLINGLY RECEIVE GUIDANCE AND HELP. Learn to be open to each other which mean that when we were facing some problem, one should seek guidance and help from partner perhaps the best partner for solving problem is your very own partner of life.

One must be CONSCIOUS OF HIS BLINDSPOT AND EMOTIONAL HANDICAPS. With this kind of attitude, perhaps the relationships that you have build together as one in life can be improve and be better and better. Hey guys, let me tell you, if you as a partner to your partner never remind him or her of his blind spot (weakness), devil will come and take your place to take this duty and responsibility. So partners out there must take all possible opportunity to remind each other of the blind spot that your partner have before it is too late. Remember to admit your own mistake as well.

Last but not least, you should SET YOUR OWN PERSONAL GOALS FOR REAL CHANGE. Setting this goal should be step-by-step and reasonable with achievable standard. Before setting this goal, its better to seek guidance from your partner so that what you trying to change are based the best on what the need of the relationship between you and your counterpart or partner.

IPv4 &IPv6

Finally my team (Myself, Jacky and David) wrapped up on ITM final presentation on IPv6 topic to class. We touched on the current version of IPv4 has not been substantially changed since RFC 791 was published in 1981. Explain on a global utility the size of today’s Internet and the recent exponential growth of the Internet and the impending exhaustion of the IPv4 address space.
I short, Below is some sharing session about IPv4 & IPv6:
IP, the Internet Protocol, is one of the pillars which supports the Internet. Almost 20 years old, first specified in a remarkably concise 45 pages in RFC 791, IP is the network-layer protocol for the Internet.
In 1991, the IETF decided that the current version of IP, called IPv4, had outlived its design. The new version of IP, called either IPng (Next Generation) or IPv6 (version 6), was the result of a long and tumultuous process which came to a head in 1994, when the IETF gave a clear direction for IPv6.
IPv6 is designed to solve the problems of IPv4. It does so by creating a new version of the protocol which serves the function of IPv4, but without the same limitations of IPv4. IPv6 is not totally different from IPv4: what you have learned in IPv4 will be valuable when you deploy IPv6. The differences between IPv6 and IPv4 are in five major areas: addressing and routing, security, network address translation, administrative workload, and support for mobile devices. IPv6 also includes an important feature: a set of possible migration and transition plans from IPv4.
Since 1994, over 30 IPv6 RFCs have been published. Changing IP means changing dozens of Internet protocols and conventions, ranging from how IP addresses are stored in DNS (domain name system) and applications, to how datagrams are sent and routed over Ethernet, PPP, Token Ring, FDDI, and every other medium, to how programmers call network functions.

New Town Kopitiam @ Seberang Jaya is the heart of nightlife. Every night of the week, the street is full of people from all over the areas who come to experience this special atmosphere. There are shops, clubs, restaurants, bakeries, movie theaters, and street musicians surrounding. One of my friend, Mr David always come here for "cuci mata". Yet, even with all the people, the atmosphere is very safe and clean. A bit less exotic than other Kopitiam shop but is still a great place to spend a day or night.

PRINCIPLES OF LIFE

Success with simple life:

We live in a world in which being successful is everything. Success is measured by power, popularity, control, achievement, and winning. Having more and being more is success. The businessman measured success by the accumulation of wealth and by living a plush life. He held a Harvard PHD, millions of dollars, and status as a powerful businessman. "The person with the most toys wins" is a fitting motto.

The businessman encouraged the fisherman to accumulate "toys," too. "Buy a bigger boat," then "buy several boats," and eventually buy a "fleet of fishing boats." The businessman claimed all this would lead to power and status when "you would sell directly to the processor and eventually open your own cannery." As his own boss, the businessman ventured the Mexican would amass "control" and more wealth through an "expanding enterprise."

Patiently the fisherman listened and then asked an intelligent question, "how long will this all take?" To which the businessman replied, "15-20 years." There’s danger in waiting to live the life that you really want to live. Like the businessman, we can easily spend forty years climbing to the top of the financial ladder only to find it is leaning against the wrong wall. We didn’t address life issues about faith, contribution, success, suffering, or love.
Possessions and wealth are not enough. While comforting, wealth cannot fulfill.
In my opinion, "Money never made a man happy yet, nor will it. The more a man has, the more he wants. Instead of filling a vacuum, it makes one. Wealth may momentarily help us to escape emptiness, it cannot cure it. If you have faith, you might call it God’s
perspective.

Our contribution in making a difference stems from a commitment to grow in faith. Our concern is with what has ultimate, unconditional, and eternal significance—God and His will. This is only possible with God’s grace to lead us to where we cannot go ourselves.

Action Items Going Forward

Take some time to sit down and evaluate the following, applying the two principles above to:
• Relationships (with Allah, with parents, siblings, spouses, children, friends, etc)
• Work / School (study habits)
• Community Service / Religious Work
• Any other area of life that just seems to complicated right now
